My wife and I had never been to Tire Source. Unfortunately, we had a tire that had gotten a nail embedded in it, and we�re looking for someplace close to drive to. When I called Tire Source they were able to get us in immediately, and knocked out the repair fast. They are friendly, professional and great communicators. They have a small waiting area with coffee. So as I waited, I listened to their interactions with other customers, and saw that same level of friendliness and professionalism with each person they dealt with. When the car was ready, they pulled it around to the door for me. Overall great experience. I highly recommend them.
Tire Source is outstanding! The staff consistently provides a friendly atmosphere, and their work is top-notch. They recently mounted and balanced some large tires, giving my old Jeep a fantastic look and driving experience. Highly recommend!
Great service and pleasant place to take your vehicle for tires and service. You get a quote before the work is done. If any new problems are found they discuss it with you and only do the work with your authorization. We have been going there for 5 plus years.
I don�t have enough space to say all the good things I would like to say about the team and service at Tide Source. My wife needed a tire shop for specialty tires (camper) on a weekend after buying a used camper. Curtis took the time for multiple planning phone calls, then when the day came, he personally blocked traffic while we backed the camper into the lot and he put on our new tires, all just before closing time. He was familiar with towing trailers and he had great advice. The rest of the crew that I talked to was also courteous. (Good thing we decided to buy the tires before getting on the interstate- Curtis found a separated band in one of the tires that would have led to a blow out on the interstate.)
I've been VERY appreciative of the car care the NC Tire Source team has provided. They present as polite, professional, knowledgeable, supportive and above all keep my car in great shape. They have provided regular maintenance, assessments, great feedback for quick time turn around and if needed referrals.
