Another case of outstanding service this past weekend. They are very honest about what they can repair, economically and what they can’t. They actually referred us to someone different to save us money! Been going there for years, and will continue.

I went in after running over a large deer that someone had hit. It was strewn across the road and it was right around a curve. Needless to say I was upset not just for the dead deer, but because the new car I just bought last year had peices hanging from the undercarriage. I COULD see that a hanger was turned sideways under my car so I took it into tiresource. They took me same day and fixed the hanger. They also attached a corner of my heat shield that was hanging off. They did this all for free! I also just purchased 4 new tires within the last month. I highly recommend taking your car here. They also have a very comfortable couch and a clean restroom so that it makes the waiting easier.

We had occasion to visit the Tire Source on Schneider Road in North Canton, on Wednesday November 29, 2017 to have 4 new tyres fitted. We had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. and arrived a little early – notwithstanding, John and Josh were ready and our car was taken it right away. While the techs worked on our car, John and Josh kept us constantly informed on progress, and advised about other options to consider while we were there, e.g. road hazard insurance, and given we had never had the wheel alignment checked since we purchased the car in 2014, it was wise to do so. At no point did we feel pressured to take the additional options but that way John and Josh completely and adequately explained the options, it made absolute sense to spring for them. We were initially surprised at just how busy the store was, but it soon became patently clear why—John and Josh go out of their way to truly receive and resolve each and every problem placed in front of them. We saw customers arrive with punctures, odd issues with tyres (some under warranty, other not), and others needing the run of the mill tyre mounting and balancing, etc. At no point was there even a hiccough in listening to and then amiably resolving each and every issue, to the full and fair satisfaction of each customer. This Tire Source Branch is now our go to spot for all vehicle related issues that may occur, given the length and breadth of service offered. Sam’s Club, with immediate effect, has lost our business forever. Thank you for your diligence in employing such stellar employees in John and Josh! Kindest regards Dr. Greg & Carol Blundell

I just road tested my car-- rides very smooth. I went to 3 other tire stores to fix a vibration issue after repairs form an accident. Brian and the team at the Belden Village store did what 5 tips to other stores (their competitors) could not do. I am so thankful and impressed. A first class team--thanks!!
